Sportscoach Finder is a service coordinated by Sports Structures Ltd. Sport Structures Ltd has the following Privacy Policy with respect to all information gathered on the Sportscoach Finder website. The terms “we” and “us” refer to Sportscoach Finder and Sport Structures Ltd collectively. The term “coach” refers to individuals that complete casual coaching work for Sportscoach Finder. The term “customer” refers to an individual or sporting organisation looking to hire a “coach” for some temporary work through Sportscoach Finder.
Information gathered
This notice applies to all information gathered on the Sportscoach Finder web pages or presented to Sport Structures at any time.
When using Sportscoach Finder’s website and signing up to services provided by Sport Structures Ltd, you may choose to supply us with information that identifies you personally. For coaches this information may include your name, contact information, gender, ethnicity, date of birth, bank and next-of-kin details. For customers this information may include your name, company contact information, details of some of your activities and payment information.
Use of Information
We will use information surrendered to us to enable provision of a successful coach management and deployment service. Only basic information will be shared with third parties to enable the successful operation of this service. For coaches this may include the supply of a first name, identification reference, home town, maximum travel distance, sporting qualifications and experience on your online profile and to an ordering customer after you have agreed to coach their requested session. For customers this will include the supply of the following information to the attending coach or coaches: the organisation’s name, a contact first name, identification reference, sporting venue location and telephone number and any additional information that is surrendered about a specific group of participants on a booking form to aid a coach’s pre-session planning. We do not share additional information with any other third parties without your previous permission except to comply in responding to court orders or other legal proceedings. We will use the information you provide about yourself, or on the behalf of others, to alert you to alterations or new services provided by us. This is particularly important for keeping coaches up to date with continued professional development opportunities.
Finally, we never use or share personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways or for reasons unrelated to the ones described above without also providing an opportunity to opt-out or stop such unrelated uses.
Commitment to Data Security
To prevent unauthorised access, maintain data accuracy and ensure only appropriate use of information, we have in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures reasonably designed to safeguard and secure all information we collect. Personnel who have access to our database are trained and contracted to maintain and secure information in a discrete and professional manner. |
