Aims & Objectives
Sportscoach Finder has been created by Sport Structures Ltd to provide a supply on demand coaching service. Our aims are to:

Increase the safe access of coaches to schools, clubs and camps with coaching needs.

Work towards ensuring high standards and continual professional development amongst coaches.

Increase exercise interest, participant levels and tackle health and inclusion issues amongst people of all ages via increasing the provision of quality coaching expertise.

Our online bookings services are fast and easy to use.

Sportscoach Finder staff are available to assist you via telephone or email.

The search process is free of charge - you are invoiced monthly for the number of coaching sessions delivered.

You can request a coach online or phone us with your requirements.

Coach employment, organisation and management are solely the responsibility of Sports Structures – including employment legislations, CRB checks, insurance, qualification management and renewals, deployment, wages, monitoring and evaluation.

There are no long-term commitments. Sportscoach Finder coaches can be used for temporary replacements, additional personnel during school holidays or on an ongoing basis. It is entirely you’re choice, however, once a session has reached the final confirmation stage you are committed to comply with the cancellation policy. Arrangements can be made for an ongoing coach supply agreement to minimise the ordering process per session.
Cancellation Policy - A minimum of one week’s notice is required if a customer wishes to cancel or postpone a confirmed coaching session. Failure to comply will result in a £10 cancellation fee being invoiced for at the end of the month. If less than 24 hours notice is provided full payment for the coaching session will still be required and the assigned coach will be compensated with full pay.

The cost of a session is dependent on the number of coaches required, the length of the session and the sport.
An hour session with one Head coach will cost in the region of £20 plus the coaches travel expenses.
Assistant coaches cost an additional £10 per hour, but will only be deployed with a suitably matched Head coach to provide mentoring assistance.
Price fluctuation is a result of the variation in the average coaching hourly rate for different sports. Prices have been determined following discussion with the relevant National Governing Bodies.

Committed to Coaching
To continue Sportscoach Finder’s aim of helping to improve the delivery and provision of coaching, we reinvest a proportion of the funds from every coaching session payment back into community sport via Local Authorities. Therefore the use of Sportscoach Finder coaches also supports your local sports services. This reward scheme will be monitored and updates of its success provided to all customers on an annual basis.

Your Responsibilities as a Customer
Sportscoach Finder is responsible for the management and deployment of coaches, however, there are some tasks customers will be responsible for:
1) The booking of a suitable venue ensuring sufficient equipment and a fully equipped first aid box are available for the coaches use.
Once a coach has been matched with your requirements, Sportscoach Finder will email you a Booking Form, a blank register and an evaluation form.
2) To complete and return the Booking Form with a map of the venue.
3) To ensure the coach receives a completed participant register.
Every participant’s name, emergency contact name and number and medical information are required. The register can be returned to Sportscoach Finder a minimum of 5 working days before the coaching session or given directly to the coach. We appreciate that in some cases register information will be difficult to collect in advance, however, it is extremely important that this information is provided to the coach. Failure to do so will result in a shorter coaching session as the coach will need to collect each participant’s details before the session can start.
4) To return a completed evaluation form after the coaching session.
5) To pay Sportscoach Finder’s monthly invoices in full within 14 days of the invoice date.

Service Level Agreement & Terms of Business
When you first register with Sportscoach Finder you will be required to sign a Service Level Agreement and a Terms of Business document. These documents are necessary to clarify the working relationship between your organisation and Sport Structures and will be mailed to you following registration.

Sportscoach Finder can be purchased as a resource to be run in-house with features tailored to an organisation's requirements. Communication Provisions
A large proportion of our service is operated via internet and email services, however, we are aware that some people do not have the necessary provisions to operate in this manner.
